What to expect when you apply

1. Start by sending your CV & the position you want to [email protected]
2. You’ll be invited to take a <40 minute aptitude test. We’ve found it’s a great indicator of potential - it’s not about where you’ve been, but where you can go with us.
3. You’ll have a chat with our founder about the role, the team, the company, and where you fit.
4. Engineering roles will have a <1 hour online technical test.
5. You’ll have a conversation with your future teammates.
6. We’ll ask for 3-8 references depending on the seniority of the role.
